The brew is hazy copper toned, a beige head, rather little lacing.

The smell is citric, with some hay and nettles - rather weak.

Some sweet malty bread and toffee, a good measure of bitterness. Some alcohol.

Rather low carbonation, a soft feeling.

The beer is a bit over average, but not that much.

The colour is warm, pale brown. The two finger head is off-white. The liquid is hazy. Some lacing occurs.

The smell is quite American... Fruits and monosodium glutamate/meat. Hints of motor oil? Butterscotch and a light roasted flavour. It is quite dry. Anonymous citric flavours, metallic hints. A bit tired and uninspired.

The taste is balanced with fresh bitter flavours of apples and beef stock. The bitter flavours passes, but returns quickly with fine citric/lemon acid flavours. The bitter aftertaste got notes of grapefruits. The body is medium to light, the malts feels a bit lager-like. The finish got clean notes of grape fruits.

The carbonation is rather strong. Small very fresh bubbles. The liquid is medium smooth.

A beer that seems to be a brilliant barbeque beer, it will probably go well with smoky marinades.

Uninspiering 50 cl brown short-necked bottle with an equally uninspiering label with printing in white and green - no pics.

A: Pour is hazy orange with a rather small white soapy head. Slow dissipation leaves some lacings.

S: Caramell malt, slightly roasted. Then there's also floral hops which gives it a citric and fruity smell. A bit buttery - I think it smells American alright but there's a English feel to it as well.

T: Floral hops as well as bitter gives it a citric and piney taste up front. Then other fruits evolves; green apples and tropical fruits. The caramell malt is held back a bit, compared to the smell, but not bad though. Buttery.

T: Aftertaste is to die for, long and really bitter - this is right up my alley. Body is medium and carbonation as well. Smooth!

D: Nice beer (probably the best Mohawk beer yet), the best thing about it is the hops first is noticable in smell but evolves in taste and aftertaste especially.

This beer has a light coppery to amber color. The 2½ finger head slowly fades to form a ½ finger lid of compact foam.

The smell is mostly hops up front, then comes the summer field, some butter, wet grass and just a hint of honey.

It begins a bit vague on the hop side for an IPA. It's lots of floral flavours, lemon peel, some grassy tones, sweetness from peach. The bitterness is quite low. One could say this is a gentle IPA. Good balance though.

This beer has a smooth feel to it. Carbonation is low and the aftertaste is dry.

This is just the kind of beer I could drink all day. It's not too extreme, so you won't be exhausted, but it's still a very good beer, so you won't be bored with it.
