This store has a faithful following, but I still believe it is overlooked. The warm beer selection is not very large in size. However, they always have a good selection of Dogfish Head (getting harder to find). Mostly domestic offerings. Only a few imports.
I stop here because they seem to get everything a day or so earlier compared to other stores in the western burbs. They also have a good selection of Three Floyd's beers which are harder to locate at the bigger chain store in Chicago.
The two or three guys I see there are pretty friendly and willing to help if you ask a question.

Stopped by Armanetti while in Aurora for a business meeting.
I was feeling a little underwhelmed reading through the previous reviews, but from the moment I walked in I was blown away.
I was immediately met by one of the owners who quickly offered assistance to my wife and I.
Very knowledgeable in what they had on hand and even was willing to call his local distributor when I inquired about Half Acre's Daisy Cutter Pale Ale.
Regardless of your beer knowledge or experience, Armanetti will not disappoint.
I just missed out on grabbing a Firestone Walker Parabola, but I was able to pick up several hard to find FFF's, including Gumball Head and Apocalypse Cow, as well as FW Double Jack IPA and Red Racer IPA.
They offer a decent selection of obscure items (at least from what I'm used to) as well as craft staples like Lagunitas, Stone, Founders, and Dogfish Head.
They also had a great selection of locals like Goose Island and Two Brothers.
But the thing that really separated Armanetti apart from many of the bottle stores that I have visited was the genuine interest in helping me make selections based on my tastes. They took the time to find out what my favorite style and brews were and then tried to make recommendations.
The wine buyer even went so far as to invite my wife over the wine cellar so that I could go nuts in the craft area.
Honestly, if you are in the Aurora area stop by and see the guys at Armanetti, you will not be dissappointed.

Beerfly + payday is a deadly combination...I decided to check out a few stores within range of work and home, and Armantetti's was the first choice.
The guys behind the counter told me they had only been open for about a year, so it was a very clean store and thoughtfully laid out. They have a fair sized craft selection for a small store, but their entire section would look like a couple of binny's end caps. Even though their selection isn't gigantic, they had LOTS of stuff I haven't seen at any other stores in the area - several Southern Tiers I'd never heard of, Rogue XS ceramics, world wide stout, FFF Munsterfest (which was nearing 9 months old, so check dates if you can), Great Lakes Erie Monster and I even got their last GI BCSC! They also carried good amounts of DFH, FFF, GI, Flying Dog and several others. LOTS in the cooler (though world wide stout was in the cooler, which made me laugh).
No one helped me on the floor, but the gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and offered me a box for my purchase. I will return to Armanetti's periodically for their unique selection.
