750 ml bottle on sale at Cooke's Market in El Segundo for $5.79, split with my dad last night, poured into an oversized wine glass
A-Golden yellow color tinted with orange, pretty light for a tripel though, one inch foamy white head, not much retention, minimal lacing
S-Booze, earthiness, spices, Belgian yeast, candy, green apples, various other fruits, and
T-Could taste alcohol immediately, hoppiness and bitterness shined through in the finish, later on I could taste a seriousness spiciness in the aftertaste, got hotter with time too, also too sugary sweet, needed to be more dry
M-Medium bodidy, needed more carbonation, sweet, boozy, and pungent mouthfeel, taste lingered
D-Not much smoothness, alcohol was not hidden, ABV is rather high but not too much for its style, heavy on the stomach because of the different sweet tastes
I saw that this was three dollars less than its normal price, so I bought it solely for that reason, will probably go back and get the dubbel soon too, first beer from this brewery and it was not bad, probably will not drink again unless it is this sales price or cheaper, recommended

The appearance is light golden amber with loads of carbonation and a dig head that dissipates Cloudy.
The smell is of white bread, banana and yeast. A very classic Belgian Triple aroma.
The taste is quite boozy. I detect hints of honey and there is a dry spicy finish. It is a fairly mild but well refined flavour.
The mouthfeel is very creamy and also well carbonated.
Overall, this a very good Triple.
My mark out of one hundred is 90.
