05/18/05- Purchased at Beverages and More in Sacramento, CA
Presentation- 12oz bottle with no dates to be found. Poured into my Stone IPA flute.
Appearance- A large and full medium bubbled head, golden amber in color and about average lacing.
Smell- Mostly sweet malt hints to go with maybe a touch of spices.
Taste- Pretty much dead on with the scent. Not super sweet malt, but enough to keep your attention. Plenty of spices and maybe a herb tea kind of taste on the finish.
Mouthfeel- Moderate carbonation here.
Drinkability- Maybe not quite as good as I was hoping, but wasn't bad at all for the cost, which I can't remember. I think somewhere along the lines of $2.69 or something. Think this one would be a pretty good beer once the weather gets a bit warmer.

250ml bottle served in a snifter glass.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow color forming a big and very bubbled white head. Good retention and lots of molasses and lingering lacings left in the glass
S: Strong notes of honey. Quite spicy and fruity too. Notes of caramel malts, coriander, candy sugar, grapes and bready Belgian yeasts. Light notes of flowery hops and bubblegum
T: Sweet upfront. Strong notes of honey, caramel malts, sweet pale malts, coriander and sweet bread. Fruity. Notes of grapes. Notes of flowery hops and bubblegum. Light bitterness. Hops have grassy and a bit citrus profile
M: Medium body. Molasses. Medium bitterness. Bittersweet aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Strong Belgian character
