Wow. Tons of floaty things when I poured this apricot hued brew. Hazy, so Im guessing this and the floaters mean its unfiltered. Fluffy, almost sticky white head that slowly fades to a thin cap, then ring. Lots of sticky lace. Lots of fruity, sweet aromas with subtle clove like spiciness in the back ground. Quite bold and sharp up front as the alcohol bites the tongue, but then warms and the rich flavours come out to play. Sweet malt that shows a very quick honey bite, then fades very quickly. That was a neat trick! Some clove-like spiciness makes an appearance as well. Some bitterness from the hops before the alcohol and the honey-like sweetness do their encore. Quite full in body, a bit drying at the finish. I liked this more than Dilirium Tremens as it seemed more balanced and not as harsh
