A - The pour yields just shy of two fingers worth of crisp frothy slightly lop-sided off-white colored head... Modest retention gives way to a full mostly thick veil of lacing... The color is a pale gold with a slight amber hue buried within... There is a very subtle light haziness... There are a few carbonated streaks comprised of micro sized uber quick bubbles...
S - Appealing and spot on for the style... Belgian yeast... Candied sugars... Apples topped with a touch of brown sugar... Ripe pears... Golden raisins... There is a very subtle spicy component that lingers beneath the surface...
T - The aroma carries through to the palate... A slightly sweet Belgian yeast... Lots of fruity character with apples and pears at the forefront... There is a mild wheat component... Biscuit... The finish has a strong spicy character dominated by pepper with a hint of light cloves...
M - Medium bodied... A very sharp carbonated bite... Starts clean and crisp... Finishes with a touch of chalkiness...
D - The aroma is the star of the show... All other components are a notch or two above average... The end result is a solid, but unremarkable Belgian Pale Ale... Spot on for the style in most expects... Definitely worth a try if you're a fan of the style... I wouldn't turn down the opportunity if offered... However, I'm not sure this is something I would personally invest in again in the future...

I found this on the bottle list at Unos of all places. Poured into a pint glass (unfortunate I know) with a golden straw color with very visible carbonation and a single finger head which left decent lacing. The aroma is of yeast, fruit and spices with a flavor to match. The yeast comes through very strong in the flavor along with the spices and only hints of fruit. I greatly enjoyed this one and will be looking for it at my local bottle shop.
