A - Honey blond hazy brew with tons of tiny bubbles rising up to a fluffy monster of a head. This beautiful beer looks like fluffy ice cream on top of a golden waffle cone. Giant sheets of lace are permanently stuck to the sides of the glass.
S - Bananas, wheat, saltine crackers, salt water, honey, and cloves. Nice and clean.
T - Not quite as nice as the appearance and nose, but very good nonetheless. Sweet honey initially with drying saltine cracker malts and lots of fruity flavors developing in the background. A bit of peppery alcohol is noticible on the finish also. Very hefewiezen-like. Loads of hops show up after the beer warms up a bit.
M - Medium bodied and a little slick at first but very crisp and refreshing on the finish. Again, very hefe-like.
D - Excellent! Although I like the more assertive and oddball flavors of Duvel and Delerium Tremens better, I could probably drink more of these in one sitting. It's really a more average beer than the other three Belgian strong pales that I've had, and sadly that makes it more drinkable.
