This is a light bodied and malted pale ale with a massive dose of premium honey. This is very different then Honey Brown or anything honey related in the States.
Appearance- Deep Amber Honey Body
Smell- Fresh Manuka Honey-> So flowers, herbal, sweet notes. Amazing
Taste/Mouthfeel- Very Sweet, A small malt backbone with negligable hops. Very Refreshing and Quenching. Medium Body feel.
Drinkability- Very Sweet for my taste but just one is magic.

This pours a clear bright golden honey colour. Not a lot of head.
Not overwhelmed by honey on the nose. I get a little bit of phenolics.
The honey is there on the palate but only lightly done. I certainly don't find it cloyingly sweet. Carbonation gives it almost a soft drink like mouthfeel.
I am neither here nor there on this one. It just doesn't have enough going on for me to love or hate it. Just ...

Light, spicy hop note but there is very little to the aroma.
Crystal clear, dark straw colour with a small, foamy white head. Poor head retention.
Fruity with a note of pils malt. The Manuka honey is not really coming through in the flavour and the soft malts create an emptiness in the midpalate which makes for a dull beer.
Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Refreshing.
An empty, dull beer which doesn't live up to it's name. The fresh, fruity character of Manuka honey doesn't come through and the beer is empty and lacking in character.
