Best homebrew shop in town. While they may not always have exactly what you're looking for, you never doubt that they actually care about your business. They're making their own kits now (both extract and all-grain) which are reasonably priced and are really high quality. If they don't have the style you're looking for, they'll take the time to dig through books and magazines and help you find something that you'd be proud to call your own beer.

One note is that sometimes they do run low on popular yeast strains and hop varieties, but they are willing to help you find a replacement if they don't have exactly what you had planned on using.

My go-to shop for homebrew supplies in the 'nati because of the superior service and good guy deals they always pass on to me.

The Graff brothers run the place. The back half is Graff TV and repair. One of the brother's will always be there and Jeff seems to take more of a role in the homebrew shop. He's a super friendly guy and a reason why they have the best service in town. A bonus that he's always rounding down on my bill or throwing something in for no charge.

They have moved their hops back to a cooler and they're well organized.

Service is awesome. Always willing to help you measure out your grain bill (and grind it), pick out your hops, and grab your yeast.

They have a frequent shopper card where you spend $10 on 10 visits and you get $10 off your 11th visit.

The only downfall of the place is that they only carry Wyeast and at times they've been out of certain strains or just don't carry a all varieties. Call or email in advance to be sure.

I love this place. The 2 brothers that run this place are awesome. Very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable. They have nearly everything you could want for homebrewing. Very rarely have I not been able to find what I want. Quality is great, too. One major complaint I do have, though, is they don't refrigerate their hops anymore as they've run out of room. I sincerely hope this correct this issue in the near future, but for now I'll be buying my hops online unless I'm in a pinch. Everything is very cheap as well, and they have a frequent buyer card, too.

I've been out to this homebrew supply shop a couple of times, and as a beginner, I'm very pleased. The first time I was there was just to pick up some wax, but I've also picked up some supplies since and I find their stock to be pretty healthy and the guys that work there know their stuff and more than willing to pass on some valuable info and tips.

Quality: They have a good stock of solid products and a variety to boot. Not much more to say here.

Service: As I mentioned in the intro, these guys know their stuff and they were more than willing to tell me how to use all of the products I was looking at and give advice as to how to improve the brewing process and avoid potential problems.

Selection: I've already alluded to this, but I feel it's very solid. They have an assortment of grains, yeasts, hops, and other ingredients, and they've also got a fair selection of kits as well; they also carry a good variety of equipment and necessary tools.

Value: Reasonable is a fine way to put it. You get what you pay for. The equipment never seems cheap, but once you've got it, the ingredients don't seem so bad for the amount of beer that one can brew with what they sell you.
