32 oz. growler poured into a snifter. Terrible fill. Only about 3/4 full.

Appearance - Deep amber. Big bubbles and not many. Looks kinda flat.

Smell - Malty. Musty pine hop. A little booze.

Taste - Very malty. Much more of a fruity hop flavor. Still a pine hop in the finish.

Mouthfeel - Medium heavy body. Very low carbonation.

Overall - It's decent, but maybe the quality of the fill hurt this one. (406 characters)

a: Murkey amber, with light carbination

s: A distinctive malty sweetness is easily picked up on this brew, with peach, grapefruit, clementine, and marmalade sweetness from the hops. A very fruity smelling fresh IPA smell. Very American and to my liking (as I prefer the smell and flavor of American hops)

t: If you where expecting a hop bomb from this brews name and size, you will be disappointed. For a IPA of its strength, its extremely well balanced. It almost tastes oddly weak, expecially for a brew of 9% abv. To me its to my liking, but even I thought it could had used a bit more bittering hops

m: very light and wattery for a brew of its size. It must had gotten a very good attenuation.

o: A surprisingly mellow and fruity American IPA that borders on being an Imperial IPA, only failing qualification due to its low Hoppy bitterness. A heavy IPA for the lovers of sweet brews, fruity hops, and HIGH abv's

that is, a IPA for me. However, if you looking for hoppyness, try something elese. (1,036 characters)
