Stopped by here during a recent trip to Tallahassee, a nice addition to a solid store next door.
Atmosphere is OK. It's basically inside a liquor store (the walls of the bar don't go up to the roof so you can hear what's going on in the liquor store and vice versa) so there's only so much that can be done. A dimly lit place with an industrial feel. There are three TV's, two above the bar and a large projection against the wall directly in front of the entrance. The bar has room for about eight people and there's a good deal of tables and other space that I'd imagine gets filled out on weekends. A chalkboard holds all the draft beers available and there's a good amount of beer paraphernalia scattered around the place.
Quality is good. My CCB beer was served in a logo-ed glass and I saw a good deal of other glassware available as well. The beer was served at a good temperature with the proper amount of head.
Service was good. I didn't have to wait long to get a drink and I enjoyed his berating of Urban Meyer (FSU v. UF) as a UGA fan. He had a good idea of what was on-tap but I did hear him make some iffy comments (CCB Humidor Jai Alai "uses different hops or something"). That said it's a college town and one in the South at that.
Selection was very solid. They'd just finished a CCB takeover and still had about six of their beers available along with a Swamphead beer, some Terrapin, Sweetwater, and Belgian seasonals. The more common styles were represented and there were about 30 different taps.
Value is good. I was a bit surprised by the relatively high price of "Or" from CCB which was $8 but all other selections seemed reasonable.
Overall I still haven't been to Leon's but I'm not sure I ever will considering I can stop in here for a very good selection and head next door for beers that escape GA distribution. Certainly worth a stop if you're in the area as it's likely the best bar within a 100 mile radius.

Great beers, okay bar atmosphere (I happened to go during an FSU game night), but the icing on the cake is the store next to it. Great selection of brews and other liquors. They had just about all the Belgian abbey ales I'd been looking for at reasonable prices.
The bartenders were courteous and helpful. The bar itself was very plain...just one big open room. But the couches in the corner were comfy. We just recently got a BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse locally and Proof Brewing Co's in house brews were far better.
I'll definitely be coming back...just not on a game night. ;)
