A - Lovely dark red/brown, jarrah like colour. A finger of creamy white head perches on top and retains well.
S - The typical rauch aromas of smoke and pork are present and enticing.
T - This is their oak aged seasonal rauch, and the oak character comes through, complimenting the smokiness and charred pork.
M - Smooth and medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Refreshing.
O - I really enjoyed this. The rauch characteristics are all quite subtle in comparison to a Schlenkerla but it is all there. A good effort from these guys.
Serving type: on-tap
