22oz bottle at 41 F poured into a large mug. 4-23-14 is stamped on the bottle.
Pours crystal clear golden with a big white head, tons of carbonation, dissipates somewhat quickly. Smell is (surprise!) lagery. Yeast with a slight fun. Grassy, mild hay.
Taste is nicely bitter, some of that yeasty tang, slightly spicy. Bready.
Mouthfeel is maybe not so crisp as I would expect from a pilsner. Kind of fluffy, pleasant. Overall, good summer baseball beer.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light golden amber with a one finger white head that slowly dissipates to a thin film and ring around the glass. Mild aroma of biscuit, slightly toasted malt and slight grassy hops. Flavor is a pleasant biscuit malt with hints of toastiness, grassy hops, slightly floral finishes with nice balanced grassy hop and malt leaving a lingering grassy hop memory. A very nicely made pilsner that appears to be very close in style to the description. As I learn more about beer distribution, I realize that I have never had a fresh Czech pilsner from its homeland, but this is certainly what I would hope it would taste like. Mild but nicely made; a great summer beer.

22oz (bottled 6/6/2013) into a weizen glass. Pours a crystal clear straw color w/ a white 1-finger sustained by vigorous carbonation.
Aroma is floral and light, fruity. Ripe apples, peaches and pears. Delicate.
Taste follows nose. Crisp, clean, mildly grainy. Grassy with a mildly bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is refreshing and light, drinkable.
Overall a solid version of a style that's probably underappreciated in the craft beer world.

Poured from 22oz bomber into a pint glass.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body and a strong effervescence. Head pours a finger of creamy white foam, which subsides a bit quickly. Nice overall look, though.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a touch of graininess and a hint of noble hops. Low in intensity, but just the right composition for the style.
Taste: quite grainy right up front, with a little bit of husky bitterness and a little tartness thrown in. Perhaps a little bit on the astringent side for my taste, but really, this is a damn clean and tasty Pilsner. it lacks sweetness, which could be a plus or minus depending on your taste.
Mouthfeel: light body with a huge carbonation and a big, fluffy carbonation -- mouth-filling, although a little ephemeral. Still, refreshing and satisfying.
Overall: a very drinkable and tasty Pilsner. On the dry side, with an emphasis on graininess, but I think the balance works quite well.

Bottle, thanks Eric. Pours clear bright gold with a fluffy white head. Nose is cracked grain, lightly grassy hops. Not hard around the edges and nice for the style. Mouth is sharp on the front palate with grains and grass, segues into a long, soft finish, softly grainy with just a touch of sweet malt. Balance is very good. Flavor on the front palate is a bit too brash compared to the best of this style, not supremely refined. Hop presence is pretty mellow but kind of comes out at the end of the long finish. Nice stuff!
