A- Coppery brown with a thin but long lasting head.
S- Smell was of caramel, nuts (hazelnut specifically) and light hops.
T- Brown sugar, nuts, and just enough hops to make this a very balanced brew.
M- Medium-full body but this one seemed a bit undercarbed.
D- Very drinkable. A nice beer all around.

Had on tap at the Flying Saucer in Memphis. I was quite pleased with this rare homegrown brew; rare because we are in short supply of breweries and good beer in West Tennessee. Poured into a pint glass with little head.
Dark copper color with faint smells of nuts and hop. Flavors of roasty, burnt sugar, chocolate and some kind of fruit like plum. Good balance, delicious hops. Medium body. Has a smoother finish to it than other brown ales and not as dry. Good beer that I will want to drink again. Perhaps I should go check out the brewery and pick up a growler.

On tap at the Flying Saucer in Memphis, a damn fine tasty brew! Came to the table in the classic shaker pint glass, a hazy mahogany brown, with a tan head that did a fine job of leaving sheet laces.
Nice aroma of caramel and malt, which blended into the quaff nicely, along with a taste of chocolate maltshake and coffee. A crisp balance of hops in the finish made for a enjoyable frosty. Medium, close to full body, overall a fine frosty while the Blues played in the background down on Biel Street.
