Since 2004, I am guessing Bob has really increased his inventory. He has quite a bit of stuff packed in that shed now, including a Blicchman fermenter for sale so that ought to give you an idea. Every gadget I've heard of and has always had every part or item I wanted.
And he is more than helpful, very didactic as well. He will help with any recipe, make recommendations and let you roll to a certain extent. It's a pleasure to talk with him. He's both an award winning brewer and certified judge.
If you can find him, it's worth the visit.

Quality: Bob Carbone runs this homebrew store out of the shed in his back yard. I never knew how legal it was, and I didn't ask. When you're the only homebrew supplier in the area, you can get away with stuff like that. Saves you a trip to Dallas if you live in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
Service: Bob Carbone is a friendly, personable guy. He's a blast to talk to, he LOVES beer, he knows LOTS about homebrewing (he even won a gold medal at the 2003 American Homebrew Competition), and really embodies the essence of "Relax. Don't worry. Have a homebrew." He was the guy who got me started on the road to brewing my own, and I really couldn't have asked for a better mentor aside from maybe Papazian himself.
Plus, he's always got a keg or two in the shed, to share his latest efforts with his customers.
Selection: The selection is iffy, sadly. Not a lot to recommend it. A small variety of grains, extracts, hops, yeasts, and so on. Whaddaya expect? It's run out of a small shed in his back yard.
But, again, it's quicker to drive 20 minutes south of Shreveport to Grand Cane than it is to drive to the nearest full service brewshop in Dallas, which is 3 hours away.
That said, he does have enough stock to brew good beer. And he's always happy to order whatever you need.
Notes: Bob is a dedicated all-grain brewer, and can provide Sage Counsel(tm) if you're looking to go the all-grain route.
