Picked this up at the MoreBeer in Concord, which is pretty close to the Ale Industries brewery (but they were closed). I'd been meaning to try this out, and figured grabbing a bottle would be a good start.
22 oz bomber poured into a Duvel tulip glass.
A - Too dark and clear for a wit, but then again it says "Whit" on the bottle, so ... Golden color with moderate carbonation that dissipated quickly, leaving only a ring around the glass. No lacing.
S - Smell was ... interesting. Intense orange and spice, like a Blue Moon (gag).
M - Light body and low carbonation. Very 'drinkable' but felt more like a light macro brew.
T - The chamomile really hits you when you take a sip. You thought you were getting orange and coriander but man you had no idea. To me it basically tastes like a light American pilsner with chamomile flavoring added. Bitter bite on the front end but lacking on the finish, which is the most disappointing part.
Overall, disappointed. Totally forgettable brew with a gimmick. Will not buy again.

I picked this up in Clayton at the little village market.
Poured into my Sam Adams glass
Appearance- pale yellow color, foamy head, clear, some pretty good lacing
Taste- light flavor, orange
Mouthfeel- light bodied
Drinkability- I thought this was pretty good. It wasn't cloudy like most witbiers though but that didn't bug me too much. I would probably drink it again.

A-Pours a hazy straw gold with a very thin white head. No lacing.
S- Loads of chamomile tea and cinnamon.
T-Holy crap. The chamomile is right up front on this one. Never tasted a beer with so much herbal tea character. It complements the light orange peel.
M-Light bodied with a lingering finish.
D-Pretty high, actually. Wasn't sure what to expect from this one, but it's pretty pleasant.

A - Champagne like light golden color, miscellaneous particulate floating but nothing alarming.
S - WOW, smells like tea, citrus and spices.
T/M - Taste is complex and subtle wrapped into one. Almost like drinking a tea mixture, but bitey dryness from the carbonation. If teas tasted like this I would turn into an Englishmen and hit up tea time all day!!
O - Perfect summer beer, spicey and intense where its needed, yet subtle and refreshing in every other aspect. Delicious.
PP (Price Point) - $5 for a 22oz bomber of local craft brew that is extremely refreshing and well constructed is a fair price in my opinion!

Very light beer with nice pale amber color. Plenty of carbonation, fine bubbles give a decent mouthfeel, and the lacing is good. Sort of a pencil shavings hint. The chamomile is unmistakable both in the nose and in the taste. You keep smelling it when you breathe. Rather bitter. Give it some credit for plenty of flavor in a low-alcohol beer. Aftertaste is herbal, slightly medicinal. Seems well made but I can't get through a glass of it.
01/28/2013 update: This is now called "Golden State of Mind" in the 22 oz bottle. New label, new name, same beer. This one even has "Winter 2013" very prominently on the label.
