Pours out a nice hazed gold with not much head and no lace.

The smell is pale malts and sour fruit all over the place. I can't distinguish peach, but I tried. It was aged for over a year so I understand. I do smell oak and grape, which makes me wonder if it was wine barrel aged.

I taste the peach, and the oak and the pale malt. Very well balanced. Some nuttiness noticed near the end. Light and smooth.

Man, Cali has its sour going on! Russian River, Almanac, and now Ale Industries!!! I love this trend and I love this beer!!! Ale Industries rocked out an excellent sour. I have their Pink Drank coming up next and can't wait!

Thanks to Mad Mike for the share.

The beer is fairly hazy and light apricot hued with a small head. Both the aroma and flavor bring peaches, mustiness, peach skins, earthy qualities. I really enjoyed this. Definitely a unique brew. Lots of fleshy peach skins and juicy character. Present sourness and tartness but also accessible and drinkable, particularly if you enjoy peaches.

12oz shared by ravot. Thanks!

A. Dull peachy copper, small white head.

S. Light peach, slight vinegar, wet hay, cream.

T. Light oaky tartness, very mild peach flesh, bready from the brett and malt.

M. Light-bodied, light carbonation.

O. This tasted pretty nice. The peach was a bit to mild for me, but besides that this is a drinkable and tasty brett beer.

Serious diacetyl issue with this beer. Smell and taste yield one thing only: artificial buttered popcorn. I've tasted beers that had diacetyl off-flavors before, but nothing like this. No other redeeming values to report, unfortunately. This was a drain-pour. Avoid!
