A - Nice orange/amber cast with only a touch of haze. Two-fingered foamy/creamy head that left an abundance of lacing on the sides of the glass (Standard pint).
S - Nice carmel, malt and orange notes with maybe a bit of apricot or peach. For as hoppy as this is, I only detected a trace of pine.
T - I have Evolution brews flying way under my radar, even being a MD native, but this is a damn fine IPA. Clean malty sweetness that quickly yields to a fresh hoppy flavor whose bitterness lingers on the a good long while. I was pleasantly surprised by 'ole Number 3--it has everything I seek in an IPA.
M - Mouthfeel is good. Only a bit sticky, very clean and refreshing.
O - Overall I only have good things to say about this IPA. Great flavor, excellent hop profile, clean fresh taste--I will definitely add it to my rotation of "go-to" IPA's.
