Clear body with a medium gold color. Thick creamy white colored head was two inches and held a few minutes. Decent amount of slow rising carbonation bubbles. Sticky lace clumps.
Nice strong pine and floral hops aromas leap out of the glass. A few hard to detect sweet malt note is there, but plays second to the hops.
A great balance of sweetness and floral tastes. Malt is stronger on the tongue then in the nose. Hops crispness is perfectly in strength against the grains.
Decent thickness on the tongue and a nice burst of carbonation. A cling of hops flavors continue after swallow.
A great brew. Would work well with lemon pepper chicken. This is one that is best enjoyed nice and fresh. If you see it, grab and enjoy.
