A: Pours out a very clear amber color with one finger of white head.
S: Smells like pine, candied oranges, and pineapple juice.
T: Pine, pineapple, grapefruit with just a hint of herbal and floral tones. Nice bitter hop profile that is balanced by sweet malt.
M: Medium body and medium carbonation. Surprisingly smooth and light for a beer so full of flavor.
O: I was skeptical to try this since I wasn't crazy about their Big Eye IPA. I find the Sculpin to be a lot more complex. I think it's got a little of something for every IPA drinker to enjoy. I can definitely see myself going back and treating myself to a 22 oz. of this. here or there.
