Poured from a bomber into an Allagash chalice.
A - Light amber, about a two finger head.
S - Fantastic. Very floral hops, grapefruit, pine. A joy to smell.
T - Equally as fantastic. Great hop profile, very refreshing, perfect amount of bitterness.
M - SUPER crisp, very light for such a flavorful beer.
This might just be one of my favorite IPAs ever made. It is consistently fantastic, wish I could find 6ers, only get bombers here in MA! Dear Ballast Point, SEND MORE BEER.

This is my first review in an number of years, partially becasue....well, whatever. Anyhow, had this on tap at the Sierra Grill in Northamton. Just a fantiastic beer. For those who are fans of Nugget Nectar, this is one if for you. Huge floral hops bursting with the resin from the hop profile. Super hoppy with only the slightlest bite of bitterness on the palate.
The 7% in this feels more like 13%, could really feel the effects almost immediately warming, delish, "yes please, I'll have another.

12oz bottle into tulip glass.
Pours a clear orange with reddish hue. Random single bubbles slowly rise to a creamy one finger head that slowly receeds to a thick ring of lacing.
Smell of tropical fruit with strong pine and a tangerine citrus. Has a sticky sweet, candy smell going on. A touch of wet earth as well.
Tastes of bright tropical fruits with sharp piney bitter and tart citris that bounces between red grapefruit rind and orange zest. Tart dry finish with lingering hop bitter and a kind of rye bread crust comes out as it warms.
Good medium body, creamy almost froth like mouthfeel. I feel like it does not reach it's full potential and kind of thins out at the end, not in a bad way just not as full as one would expect. There is a surprising light alcohol taste on the finish.
