Slightly above average in all respects.

A - Very light yellow, hazy body with a nice looking white head. Minute amount of lacing.
S - Wheaty pine with a twist of lemon.
T - Wheat, corn, lemon all in small proportions. Reminds me a little too much of an American light beer.
M - Light. Only a little souring on the tongue. This is a pretty smooth beer.
D - Goes down easily, but the taste doesn't inspire the tastebuds to had a second one.

I haven't had this beer in a while so I will just give my general overall feelings for it.

For a friend's birthday party we purchased a Keg of Wahoo, wanting something light and refreshing to drink in the afternoon and into the evening. The taste was by far better than what some people had suggested we get, some cheep piss-style light beer, but not something which by any stretch of the imagination anything spectacular. Extremely light, and rather flavorless, in fact a little watery. No real head to speak of, but a very pale white layer of foam remained for a little.

Overall, a decent light wheat beer, but not the best.

22 oz bottle was poured into a large snifter.

Appearance: This beer poured a one finger head that reduced to a thin layer. It is a slightly hazy golden straw yellow with vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Wheat aroma, lager yeast, grassy hops, a little spicy, and not really much else going on.

Taste: Citrus and coriander is a bit more noticeable in the taste with the wheat, yeast, and mild hop flavor.

Mouthfeel: Very light bodied, a little watery, medium to high carbonation, a little chewy, crisp, refreshing, and nothing spectacular.

Overall: @ 4%, you really cannot expect much from this beer without the addition of orange perl and coriander. Very sessionable, but lacking flavor.
