Finally, an IPA that's hoppy, but doesn't try to beat you over the head with them. A fine looking beer, ever so slightly a step under crystal-clear, with a lot of foam on the top. Smells of hop oil and some citrus. Tastes about the same, hops, and some citrus, with a certain herbal quality that keeps things interesting.
Finishes cleaner than expected, making this a very drinkable beer. I'd recommend it.

Golden light-orange color. Sudsy topper. Looks good. Could do without the frosted glass.
Pine, citrusy orange, apricot, and spicy floral notes. Lotta hoppy in the nose. Pale semi-sweet malty balance going on stung by a piquant alcohol odor.
Major pine, citrus, and spicy woodiness. A lot of bitterness, upfront, with a big malt punchiness. Excellently hoppy. A little bruising.
Mouthfeel is delightfully engaging. Carbonated well. Nice spiciness. Body has some crush to it. Points knocked for heavy heat.
Solid IPA. Not a typically West Coast, West Coast IPA.
