Poured into a beer mug.
A: Pours a hazy copper color, with a soapy two finger off white head. Slightly above average head retention/lacing.
S: Nothing too groundbreaking. Mixture of citrus/piny hops and bready maltiness. On the other hand, it's pretty strong, even more than usual.
T: The flavor is mostly pine-centric hoppiness clustered on the back end. There's an increase in grapefruit notes after about 10 sips, subtly hinting to some nice hop complexity. Still, the lacking balance (there is a malt presence on the opening, just not enough) and slight medicinal soapiness of the hop profile are a bit offputting (though not deal breaking).
M: Medium bodied, slightly syrupy, high carbonation, very sticky, drying hop finish. Textbook west coast IPA.
O: Decent, but the soapy hop profile mars its drinkability some. Well worth a try, but there are better IPAs on the market (perhaps including BP's very own Sculpin? Damnit, another beer to put on the wants list...)

Pours deep orange and with a shine from clarity. A fat head of off white foam finally settles so you can drink. Stream of bubbles to look at while you wait. Nose is orange. Orange peel, orange ripeness, orange fruit orange sweetness and tropical backnotes. Almost pine with a bit of subtle and earthy pine This beer is about 3 moths old so if the pine si stronger in yours that could be why. Taste is wonderful .light malt, practically invisible on the palate except for some nuttiness. Once the palate is indoctrinated this flavor subsides and you are left with only hop fruits. Orange and more orange, the ripe orange, the pith the bitter seed. Authentic and light in the drink. Finishes with a a bitter than deserves your attention. This bitter while earthy and while moderate actually scoops up the entire beer in it's aftertaste and leaves it at the back palate like a lost love.
I'll have another one of these. You could drink this beer all day.
