Damn nice looking. Deep garnet colored with 3 finger off white head that has amazing length and retention. Tiny bubbles of carbonation effervece up the sides of the tulip.
Thick with toffee and caramel aromas citrusy hops lead into a pine driven force then grapefruit and stone fruit.
A monster beer. Thick and hoppy as hell. Full of resiny oily hops from front to back. Thick caramel, red currant, plum, stone fruits. Pine with a bit of earthyness. Very bitter and chalky on the finish. But it should be with this amount of IBU's. A toung buckler indeed.
