Another Otto's that seems to fit with the general theme of the chain.
Old and musty with tons of liquor. Beer is towards the back. Plenty of locals and typical Wisconsin distro usuals. They actually have a decent amount of imports as well. A nice cold section for your instant drinking needs.
We were looking for mead when we ran in and the woman working was quick to point us in the right direction.
Can't complain. It's Otto's and if you are from Milwaukee you know exactly what you you're going to get. Not a destination but very serviceable for sure.

The Otto's chain has become my go to place seeing as I have two of them within about a 4 miles of my place. I have been going there for over a year now and I have to say that within the last couple of months they have really stepped up their beer selection. They have most of the Wisconsin brews and some other harder to find beers. If you are expecting to find a new beer every week you may be disappointed but it has pretty solid offerings. The people that work there can be hit or miss and sometimes you best option is to talk to the distributors when they are there. The prices are pretty on par with everywhere else except for one. They have the cheapest Bell's Two Hearted in Milwaukee so that is a plus because it is a good go to IPA. A good selection of Sconnie brews are some good priced Belgians make this a good stop.

Otto's In Brown Deer/Milwaukee has a very good selection of both regional and local craft breweries and a solid selection of imports and some higher end beers.
Its an older store that seems to have been kept up well. It isn't dirty but just older.
Most of the beer isn't refrigerated while the Miller, etc. staples are. All the beer is kept in the back but within the sun's potential reach.
The staff has only rung me up not assisted in purchases.
The prices are certainly reasonable for some things and more expensive for others.
I'll be shopping there often.
