Pours a light brown colored body, with a finger of frothy white head on top. Aroma contains strong bitter scents of citris, with earthy tones making up the trailing nose. The center of the beer has an immediate blast of hop bitterness against the palate. Strongly bitter, strongly resiny, notes of pine and grapefruit are tasted. The finish provides a sharp tingle on the tongue from excessive bittering and carbonation, while the resinous flavors coat the palate with some spiceyness and mint notes. Aftertaste leaves this pleasant hop flavor lingering on the palate. Very enjoyable beer for hop heads out there. I don't even know what the IBU's are for this beer, but it has to be off the charts as this is one of the more bitter IPA's I have ever tasted.
