The complex, spicy flavors of this traditional Belgian yeast are offset by delicious strawberry flavor. Brewed with 160lbs of strawberry puree per batch.

On-tap 1/12/2014 at Doherty’s East Ave Irish Pub, in Pawtucket, RI served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a light yellow color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains a ton of strawberries as evident by the fact that I could smell them before I even picked up the glass. There’s also some Belgian yeast in there.
T: Despite the strong smell, the taste starts out with a Belgian yeast and wheat breadiness. The strawberry flavor quickly follows and is still strong. There’s also some spice flavor in the background. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a decent balance. The after-taste is slightly bready and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, very mild kick, good representation of style, it’s a decent beer to drink for a while if you’re into the strawberry flavor.

This was in a 12 pack with the Light IPA, Blueberry and Summer varieties. It was by far the worst tasting of the bunch. It left an artificial strawberry taste in the back of my mouth. When my nephew knocked it over in the back yard while playing soccer I felt relieved and reached for the Light IPA which is actually a decent brew.

Had this beer on tap. Definitely more complex than the abita strawberry. Finishes smooth and feels like drinking strawberry shortcake. Wish I had more room to take some home.

Tasted like strawberries that sat out and fermented too long

I love this beer from wachusett! I've had it on tap from the brewery, in growlers, and in cans. It's always pleases. I don't know why everyone is giving it poor reviews. It's light and easy drinking with a subtle strawberry flavor. The strawberry white has become my favorite from wachusett, which is no easy feat as their blueberry was in the top spot for the last decade. Give it a try, you'll love it!

Another great fruity option from Wachusett. Great smell as soon as you open it and it reminds you of warmer weather... which I will take any way I can get after this Massachusetts winter!

A little too carbonated for my taste.
