A great place to visit Canandaigua if you like the best in New York food and drink. Everything on the menu is made in our lovely state. There's an upstairs bistro that is a bit pricey but with amazing food. Seriously, best steak I've ever had. The beer selection is modest, but well-chosen. All New York brews- Sixpoint Bengali Tiger tasted mighty fine.

Elsewhere in the center, there's a gift shop, food theaters for demonstrations and tastings, classrooms, and a wine and beer tasting room that features, you guessed it, New York products. Got to try some tasty Finger Lakes brews, and finally tried Ommegang Abbey Ale, long overdue. You can make mix a six packs with various brews available.

Very well recommended.
