OK, I agree this place has a good variety and burns through their kegs quickly so it's always fresh. They give small breweries a chance to debut and get their name out in nyc(Atwater for example).
HOWEVER, their glassware is deceiving and they advertise to have 14oz pints while they might be 12.5oz. The pints have thicker bottoms than a normal 16oz pint. Then they use these 8oz glasses for any beer over 8%abv for the same price as the 12.5oz pint($5). I have not verified if these are actually 8oz but they look and feel like they should have some fruity chick drink in them not a good microbrew. $5 micros in the city may sound like a good deal but not when you consider the mentioned size scaling. This is so disappointing that I may never go back.

Not a ton of taps (~20), but everything on tap was stuff you don't see at any other bar. Went on a Saturday night and it wasn't packed, but most seats were taken. Best part was all beers were $6. Great beer and it only cost $6!?! They also had two TVs playing the world cup! You wouldn't think that is all that impressive, but most "Craft beer" bars tend to ditch the TVs to promote conversation, but I enjoy my conversations with the game on in the background while I drink great beer. I'm going to make it a point to stop at the Pony Bar every time I hit the city.
