Five Seasons Westside took their Belgian Style beer most resembling a Tripel or Quad and aged it in 5 different whiskey/bourbon barrels. Each has unique qualities with common threads shared as well.

A: thin head and some lacing on a cloudy crimson body. The color of this one is the darkest of the series.

S: nice whiskey presence plays an overall minor role as the Tripel fruitiness comes through making this more balanced.

T: the whiskey nicely provides more of an oak and woody note and less booze/bourbon with candied fruit coming through in the finish.

M: medium body and light to little carbonation. Smooth.

Overall: very well balanced. No one characteristic stands out but this is one of the best in the series.
