We were in Prague and were lucky enough to have a friend of my wife's who had settled their a few years back. She suggested this place the first night we were in the city and we proceeded to go back each of the next two days we were in Prague.

Traditional Prague bar, cafeteria style sitting allows you to mingle with the locals who were always there and friendly. There were 4 beers (one was a light/low alc% beer which I did not try) available and all 3 that I tried were great. I especially enjoyed the dark lager. Food was available and it was tasty. Again very traditional Czech food which we all enjoyed immensely. Try the fried cheesy garlic bread as an appetizer, fantastic! As any place that is not a tourist trap, normal Czech prices at this gem, so for most it will be very affordable. Great place all around!

Edit, The address on the website (which I used on this review) is not the same for the restaurant I went to. The correct address is:
Politických vězňů 19
110 00 Praha 1

You will not be disappointed! Cheers!
