The hazy orange to copper body lies buried beneath the abundant off white head that absolutely erupts from this beer upon the pour. As it dissolves, there remains a rocky center and traditional lacing around the glass throughout the beer. The head on this bitch is really impressive.
The aroma leaps from the glass consisting of candied sugar, yeast, sweet malt, and even sour fruit. This bitch smells great!
The palate is a bit more malt based with the candied sugar and fruits in the background. In addition, I am finding a bit of pepper and clove as the beer warms.
This is a medium bodied tripel with generous carbonation and is a bit drying as well.
This is a really good beer, with an entertaining name. It is reminding me how much I need to return to this style. The character of this beer is just as entertaining as the name!

Yellow color with a one finger with short retention but always keeping a thin plate.
Interesting aroma with predominant notes of melon, dry fruit, pineapple, wheat, pine, green apples and white wine.
Flavor of Cointreau liquor, spices, lots of yeast, dry fruits, champagne, herbal hops, green apples, white tea, melon, flowers and honey. Dry, bitter and acid aftertaste.
Medium body with effervescent carbonation. 10% abv is felt; well it is hard to disguise an elephant with a skirt.
Seemed to me like a mix of Belgian IPA with a Tripel. An alcoholic punch and a bit too sweet resulting in low drinkability. A must for Tripel lovers.
