Presentation: 330ml bottle with a angry looking woman on the label with lightning bolts coming from her head. I guess Mad Bitch is aptly named for the label. 10% ABV, no freshness mark or stamp whatsoever.
Appearance: At first it was a clear and golden color. A large rocky white head forms with a great deal of lacing and great retention. I accidentally poured too much in there and it turned cloudy and chunky from the yeast in the bottle.
Smell: Strong and sweet alcoholic pehnols upfront. Definitely belgian aroma with honey, cantaloupe, hints of peppery spicyness, and some citrus notes.
Taste: Very carbonated. Alcohol and phenols jump right out. A crisp and dry body has more citrus, a very light bitterness in the middle with a toasty grainy aftertaste. Definitely lots of alcohol, warming and good, but not overpowering. It has a nice spicyness to it.
Mouthfeel: Body is light, but the mouthfeel is full. The high alcohol gives it a bit of thinness, while the high carbonation balances it out.
Notes: The phenols in this beer are quite strong. The intensity of the flavor is a semi-distant 2nd place when compared to De Dolle Stille Nacht. Quite good, alcohol is quite strong, so this is a slow sipper. Definitely warms you up on a cold night. I wish this beer had a little more balance between the flavors from the yeast and the malt.

Yellow color with a one finger with short retention but always keeping a thin plate.
Interesting aroma with predominant notes of melon, dry fruit, pineapple, wheat, pine, green apples and white wine.
Flavor of Cointreau liquor, spices, lots of yeast, dry fruits, champagne, herbal hops, green apples, white tea, melon, flowers and honey. Dry, bitter and acid aftertaste.
Medium body with effervescent carbonation. 10% abv is felt; well it is hard to disguise an elephant with a skirt.
Seemed to me like a mix of Belgian IPA with a Tripel. An alcoholic punch and a bit too sweet resulting in low drinkability. A must for Tripel lovers.
