Bottle poured into the weird, carnival looking glass with the wooden stand it came with in the gift set

A: Pours a rich caramel color with a finger of off white head which I had to force.

S: Smells fruity with esters of banana, apricot and melon along with prominent yeastiness. Some cinnamon and clove linger in the mix as well.

T/M: Mouthfeel is really quite thick, more so than other Belgians. Low to medium carbonation greet the tongue along with banana, red delicious apple, honeydew, subtle clove and cumin spice.

A really good full flavored Belgian.

A: Hazy light brown/ruby edges with a thin line of off-white bubbles on top.

S: Dark cherry, Belgian yeast, clove.

T: Dark cherry is the dominant fruit flavor up front. There are also some, peach, sweet malt and yeast flavors. The finish is sweet with a slight bitter bite and pretty much all dark cherry with a bit of mineral flavor.

M: Light-Medium body with lower carbonation. Would have expected a little more carbonation.

O: A nice strong pale ale. The flavor in the beer is good, but to me it lacks the depth of other strong pale ales. The fruit flavors in this beer are much stronger than others in it's class.

A - Clear reddish copper brew with a small head and only thin spots of lacing.

S - Gumball, faint cloves, caramel malt - a little peppery.

T - Gumball. A bit of alcohol, caramel and lilies, also a hint of taffy, white pepper and paraffin. Aftertaste is pretty empty - a tiny hint of cherry cola. A lot of flavors here, but it is isn't overly enjoyable.

M - Waxy, medium bodied, slightly harsh, moderately refreshing.

D - Not bad, but I don't think I'll have this one again.
