a: This was a clear, shining golden color. It was served to me with a firm, long lasting white cap.
s: Warm, banana esters and hints honey, peaches, and other candy-like fruits.
t: Just a perfect tripel in my opinion. Lightly sweet honey with flowery fruit notes, sweet candi-sugar and estery bananas all spectacularly.
m: Soft and velvety.
o: An incredible beer. There was so much at work here beyond my ability to describe.

Beauty incarnate. Light and bubbly on the tough, light and bubbly in a snifter. Smells of banana, clove, biscuit, and a pleasant time about to come. Holds a steady stream of carbonation from first pour to last sip. A sneaky little bugger, too; you'd never guess it's 9.0 abv by smell or taste.
And you can find it at Costco, too, at least in Michigan. Never would have thought, but never more appreciative.
