An awesome tripel. Got it from a local market and also drink it regularly at a local pub.
This beer is really complex. It portraits a somehow light body, however it feels very tasty and robust. It has fruity aromas of peach and sweet smells of caramel. Although it has a strong smell of alcohol, it doesn't feel like that when drinking (though it has 8% ABV).
Beautiful creamy head. Not as thick and majestic as a Duvel, but it's there. Fills the mouth with some yeast and malt (wheat) taste. Really a great beer, it has so many attributes that it's hard for me to describe them all here... Hmm I guess I have to go there and have another one in order to take some more notes. :-)

Trying this for the first time. Tasted 9 April 2014.
Pours a gorgeous hazy golden yellow. One finger of dense creamy white head, looking more like milk than foam. Great retention, awesome lacing, and a dense column of bubbles streaming up from the bottom of the glass.
Smell is bright and alive. Lovely yeasty esters with fruit (banana) and gentle spice, plus some residual sweetness in the back. Yum.
Taste has both the sweet, flavorful side and the clean, crisp side. Outstanding. Warm and fruity, a bit of sugar, a faint hint of spice, and only the tiniest touch of bitterness. Balanced, varied, and delicious. Not even a sniff of alcohol.
Feel is fabulous as well. Smooth and fairly light, with a fuzzy carbonation that spreads throughout. Keeps the flavors buzzing around.
One of the best tripels I've had, for sure. Excellent across the board. Great depth, varied flavors, and a delicate balance. Wow.
