From bottle. Aromas of vanilla and citrus. Pours a hazy pale with white head. The first taste was was quite sweet, but after a few sips it seemed more of a medium sweet. Medium body, somewhat creamy texture, quite lively carbonation, a dry finish. Overall a nice beer, but could the carbonation could be toned down somewhat.

I'll have to revisit this one in the future.

Pours a slightly hazy gold with two fingers of soapy white head, settles in a minute with sparse blobs of lace behind. Smell: straw and dough and honey in the back with lots of fruit and notes of booze and the floral. Unripe peach, white grape, coriander. Taste: ripe pear, peach candy, notes of unripe banana, apple, clove. Spicy and herbal with a little pepper in the finish. Medium-full bodied from the prickly into fluffy feel. Finishes drying but sticky with peach skin. Very good.

A: That head be crazy, light gold translucent but dude seriously when can I pour in the rest of the bottle? That head be crazy. (3/3)
S: Pretty solidly spicy yeast character with ripe Apple and lemon fruitiness (9/12)
T: More apple with orange and an identifiable yet subtle booze aftertaste. (17/20)
M: Yeah bubbles, and a dry sensation all over the tongue. (5/5)
O: That's a fruity beer! A beautiful sweetness to counter the high alcohol perfect for an autumn or early spring evening. (7/10)

Appearance: stray colored pale gold, heady white froth on first poor which resolves to a consistent white lace; ample fine carbonation

Smell: Strong yeast and phenolic and medicinal odors, ripe apple, honey suckle and hint of marigold. Maybe a whiff of freshly turned hay . Sweet malt undertone.

Taste: Sweet, flowery up front with pleasant astringent quality from very active carbonation. Midway through sip, very sweet and a bit syrupy, and zing from the significant alcohol . Taste of over ripe pear, apple, faint hoppy quality. End notes of grain with a clean finish.

Overall: Delicious! Nice complex flavor profile, goes well with most cheeses, drinks like a Chardonnay and pairs well with typically associated foods. Great beer, and one I pick up whenever I encounter it
