A - Pale straw color. Medium haze. Big active bubbles.

S - Bananas. Cloves. Straw sweetness. Spicy hops.

T - Slightly tangy. Bananas. Apples. Lemon/orange. Spicy/floral bitterness. Earthy straw sweetness. Bubble gum.

M - Great bubblyness. Slight tang/tartness. Earthy bitter tongue. Alcohol sits perfectly behind flavors.

O - Such a great tripel. So well balanced. Sweet straw body and fruit flavors balance with the tart and spicy bitterness. Alcohol is present, but sits so well behind the flavors. Bubbly clean finish. Will definitely be drinking again, but I'm going for the 750ml next time.

A - Pale blonde, clear and bubbly under a finger of creamy, dense white head that remains until the end. Thick rings of lacing all the way down. Beautiful.

S - Powerful sweet peach and musty belgian yeast make a delicious combination up front. Providing the backing are orange, kumquat, pinetarsol and herbs.

T - Follows the nose with the wonderful peach and yeast. Spicy, sweet and warming. Pear, clove, honey, and just the slightest taste of alcohol.

M - Creamy, smooth and sweet. Moderate to high carbonation, medium bodied.

O - Love it. Big and complex. Looks fantastic. A truly world class beer.

750ml bottle poured into a goblet.
A: Light orange color, 1.5 finger frothy head, lots of carbonation.
S: Aromas of chamomile, llemon and flowers. Quite aromatic.
T: I'm not picking up what everyone else is raving about... this is quite light with a bit of chamomile, honey and spice- certainly tasty, there's just not much going on and it's not very bold.
M: Light, crisp, and carbonated. Pleasant.
O: Overall this is a good beer, and one I would be interested in trying again. I'm just not picking up the same intensity/complexity on the palate others have described.
