This unfiltered wheat poured a murky lemon yellow, small but decent white head in the ol' shaker pint.

A pretty tame witte, with just subtle notes of malt and coriander in the aroma. Quaff was easy going too, some banana and clove show up, but stay in the background.

The lighter alcohol of this brew puts it in session status, and the suggested orange slice added a nice touch and blended well with this brew.

Pours a cloudy, pale straw color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and poor lacing. Smells of yeast, sweet malt, citrus, and slight spice. Fits the style of a Witbier. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. The feel is also slightly watery. Tastes of yeast, sweet malt, citrus (orange), and slight spice (clove). Overall, decent Witbier, with no outstanding features.

Hazy with a pale golden hue and decent head and lacing throughout. Mild spices and citrus in the nose. Light body with flavors of citrus, sweet spices and a bit of vanilla. The finish is lightly hopped with a fruity aftertaste. Medium bodied and mildly chalky. Decent body and a spot on interpretation of the style. An abundence of orange flavors along with a bright citrus effervescence and the perfumy yeast character. Average brew for the style.
