I read that there are two Whitey's in Lawrenceburg. I'm not sure if this is the right one, but it was located just east of the Hollywood casino.

My primary objective of to acquire some Three Floyds. My eye was caught immediately but a Fat Tire neon sign in the window. So of course, New Belgium became a target. There was a nice display of New Belgium beers past the counter. They had mix sixers, along with regular four and six packs. The only Three Floyds in stock was Alpha King. But they also has Boulevard which is not distributed in Ohio.

All in all, I got some beers that are not distributed in Ohio so I considered it a win. The focus of the store is primarily liquor. But they have a few beers that are worth a stop if you're in town.

I live in Cincinnati so I drove out to Whiteys to find some beers that I cant find in Cincinnati. After reading the reviews from here and rate beer I got my hopes up and then became extremely disappointed when I arrived. I read that they had a nice single bottle selection which they do not. They have maybe 50-60 singles which are scattered and most was stuff I could find in Ohio. Their local breweries like FFF they do not single out. If it weren't for the six pack of FFF Pride and Joy this would have been a complete bust. They do have a decent selection of six packs to choose from but I was steered away by the prices which seemed a bit high. Overall if you live close its worth stopping in to try and get some FFF but don't waste your gas to travel here.

Walked in on a very busy Saturday night before the casino
This is obviously a spot for people to get a quick liqour fix before the casino, all macro when walking any where, and then I spot 2 year old alpha claus! A small section of craft but, the craft beer that was there was good, local brewery ( great crescent ) aged 3floyds and others I didn't recognize. This place was overall decent, pretty much a regular liquor store that happened to have a few beers to keep me coming back,I'm out there once or twice a month I always check for gems. or if I want some GC brew.

This place is great if you're looking for normal macro brews... the over all beer selection is really lacking. I can say they have some good craft beers but it's not their main go to. I could say they have a great liquor selection but that is hardly what I'm looking for and their price is a little above some of the other places around so it's generally not somewhere I'll go. Surprisingly there are 2 Whitey's Wine & Liquor Co's on us50 in lawrenceburg but they both are more on the wine and liquor than the beer... but occasionally you'll find something of worth with beer.

Just got back from an impromptu trip to IN with hopes of helping a friend pick up a freezer -- we stopped here to check out their selection, and I've gotta say that I'm glad I didn't just make the trip to check out their beer.

Quality: Aside from a small selection of Stone and Three Floyds products, not much to speak of here. Tons of BMCs though, so if that's what you're looking for, you'll do well here.

Service: They walked by and asked a couple of times if we needed help. We didn't, but they asked and that is their job, so I feel OK about that -- not like they could tell us about the products though or give us any special information or recommendations about certain styles, they were pretty much there to stock the shelves and ring people up.

Selection: Pretty minimal overall, as mentioend above.

Value: Actually, this would be the saving grace to the store. If I were in a pinch, it would do the trick, but I definitely won't be going out of my way to shop there.
