Pours a very nice cloudy golden yellow color, nice carbonation, with a one-finger plus creamy off-white head, that leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is mostly hoppy, slight sweet malts, citrusy, slight pine note. The taste is pretty good, hoppy, citrusy, slight malt note. Medium body, nice bitter/dry finish. Overall a tasty brew, really surprised me at the time. Would recommend.

Can. Forgot to check the best by date and now it's in the recycle bin. Whoops. Smells pretty good at first. Pineapple. Lifesavers candy. Slightly vegetal as it warms. Taste is pretty solid in terms of actual flavors, and very much in line with the aroma. The problem is that the lingering sweetness gives an aftertaste and a mouthfeel I find unpleasant. It's be better if it were a little more dry.

Having a draught version at a bar in Colorado Springs. Nice color, but almost no head and difficult to detect taste of hops. I agree with the Brothers.

Comes in a cool 16 oz. can. Pours a lovely golden yellow with a substantial frothy head. Big hop aroma with fruity overtones. Mouthfeel is substantial with a nice pleasant carbonation on the tongue. Just enough light tasting malt to offset the huge hop hit. Grapefruit, pine, ginger notes dominate and the finish is crisp and dry due to the high alcohol content. One of my favorite beers. Always have some in the fridge.

Orangey amber in the wine glass with plenty of head and a persistent carbonation on the tongue. A little barky and browned-biscuit tasting, but plenty of fruit. Some mango and pineapple with a lime peel finish. Moderately sweet and malty. Slight bitterness. Thoroughly drinkable, make that gulpable. Plenty of hop flavors but fruity and friendly. Maybe a little too friendly.

I'm sure that San Diego hop hipsters would scoff, but chomping crispy stuff and cheese and apples with the stars coming out at State Forest State Park in the north central mountains of Colorado, this tastes fine out of the can.

Well, I can't find who actually brews these beers, which always makes me wonder. In any case, it's perfectly drinkable and I would ignore the Bros review which seems to be another and stronger beer. From the 16 oz can purchased at Wilbur's Total Beverage in Fort Collins.

16oz can into a pint glass

Thanks to fatbeats18 for sending this one over as an extra!

A: Pours a very hazy rusty golden color with 3 plus fingers width of light tan colored head. Head has very good retention before dissipating down, and leaves lots of thick lacing.

S: Very malty, some citrusy and floral hops. Not a lot going on here and hop characters are muted.

T: Malty like the nose, but hoppier than the aroma implied with citrus rind, floral characters, and some pine. Still malt forward, but better than I anticipated from the aroma.

M/D: Medium body, appropriately low carbonation, fairly smooth, drinkability is average.

O: Nothing special but definitely worth a try.

16 oz can. Pours slightly hazy copper gold with a medium frothy white head that goes to a thin film and laces the glass.

The aroma is sweet sugary tropical fruits.

The flavor is sweet juicy fruits with some resiny piney hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, very sweet and fruity IPA. A little too sweet for me.
