River Runners Pale Ale has been our long-time favorite session beer. Enough hops to satisfy our hophead, solid malt backbone, and crisp finish making you want more; the folks at River Runners loved this beer as well and we named it after them since they were the first to put it on tap right after we opened in 2009.

16 oz can from Total wine. Bought strictly for the tick. Cloudy golden, small fluffy head.Aroma features faint lemony notes. Taste also features the citrus, fruity notes, lemon. A bit light for an APA

Holy pineapple. This is basically a pineapple pale ale, given the hop blend they use. It's good, but be prepared for that taste to dominate the entire palate. Didn't really get much of the malt or any other hop flavor out of this one - it almost tasted like a single-hop experimental beer more than a pale that they've made for a long time.

I was disappointed to see that my local store sold me a 6 month old sixer from a brewery that's a couple hours away! Still a good beer that held up surprisingly well, but I've had this fresh from Eddyline many times and soooooo much better fresh! I'll be having a chat with the liquor store that sold it

Light body yet bursting with citrusy hop flavor. Very nice pale ale.

Canned February 2nd 2018. It pours a hazy straw gold, brings 2 fingers of billowy foam, long lasting with some impressive lacing. The smell is light, notes of pine, lighter notes of cracker malt. The taste brings more to the table with more assertive notes of both that I mentioned in the smell. This is a straight up APA that would be a good entry level beer of the style for new explorers of "craft" beer but solid enough to please the veterans.
Thanks John! This Eddyline brewery is brewing some tasty beers.

16 oz can thanks to Kyle, can date 11-20-2017
A: pours a hazy golden wheat body, sediment, one finger brilliant white foam head, carbonation, bits of spotty and stringy lacing
S: very pleasant lemon and citrus tropical aroma, sweet malt, cracker
M: medium light body, juicy finish
T: lemon, hints of orange oil, watery, then builds up to lemon again, then the hops start kicking in with some piney resin and fades with the lemon finishing it out
O: good brew for warm weather or just a good go-to brew for easy drinking

Can dated 6/15 (I believe):
Pours a pale yellow to white gold. The head grows like a large cloud, and falls with some rockiness to keep that illusion. Spongy to soapy lace covers the top part of the glass.
Nose has a lemony scent that comes across stronger than an green herbal note and maybe a hint of grass.
The beer starts with a nice cracker to dry bread malt, fairly crisp. A lemon-spritzed pithy white grapefruit with a little pulp still attached comes next. This adds a little bitterness that has the beer leaning towards IPA. This flavor also lasts most of the taste, with an herbal to lightly piney bitterness peeking through at the very end. Although the malt also seems to reappear, it fades and there's an almost light minty aftertaste.
At some points a little more bitter than I think of for an APA, but in an enjoyable way. Medium light and quite quaffable, I found it a quite enjoyable offering.
