Served in a pint glass.

Appearance: Light transparent amber with medium bubbles on the body, straight white head that rose to roughly one figer's length.

Smell: bland nutmeg scent, comes and goes.

Taste: Strong pumpkin feel with light hit of cinnamon, light spiciness. Not anything crazy, but delivers.

Mouth: Medium carbonation. Smooth barely sticky though.

Overall: not bad, picked it just to have something different but in actuality it's not. I would say grab it if you need a pumpkin beer but wait if you want something better. Grab a glass and drink up....Salud!

12oz bottle poured in a pint glass. The beer is a clear orange/amber color with a white head that thins to a ring. The aroma is nutmeg and cinnamon. The taste is a lightly spiced pumpkin pie flavor. Medium bodied and very easy to drink. This beer is enjoyable and sessionable as the spices are not overpowering in any way.

Has almost no nose at all, hint of spice only. Pours deep amber, headless. Taste: Pumpkin?? This is more a nutmeg cinnamon ale with possible tea flavors. It might have been walked by a bale of hops, but it does not seem there is any in this! It is mild, almost bland. Take Coor's Light and add spices and you might have this. In fact, do that if you can't find this in your area!
My wife just took a sip and liked it! She who loves Miller Light!! Overall, run of the mill; hard to believe from same brewer of the magnificent Celtic Ale!

The beer is an orangey amber color with a wispy white head that settled into a small ring. Nothing too exciting.

The aroma is of an amber base malt. Some lemon and tea notes. The pumpkin/pumpkin spice is light. Cinnamon and nutmeg standout, perhaps some clove. Kind of a sour aroma from the base beer.

The taste has a nice spice profile. Again, cinnamon and nutmeg standout. There is a hint of brown sugar and vanilla. Some pumpkin flesh flavors. The malt brings a lemony sour aspect to the flavor, which drys up the beer and offsets the sweetness. I'd prefer for the sweetness to come out just a little more.

Moderate feel with tingley carbonation. Starts off sweet on the palate but quickly turns dry and slightly sour.

An average pumpkin ale. The spice was nice but it is overpowered by the amber malt. I would like to see it a notch smoother and sweeter.

On draft at Hurricane Wings, Hauppauge, NY.

Poured a slightly hazy burnt orange hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured fresh pumpkin rind, burnt caramel and light nutmeg and cinnamon.

The taste consisted of a pumpkin flesh, clean caramel malts, toasted bread and a dry pumpkin pie spice medley.

The mouthfeel was pleasantly clean.

Overall a tasty and straightforward pumpkin ale.

Really nice deep coppery amber with a white head of decent proportions. Lace here and there. Smell is not a good thing. Sulfur and pumpkin. Sour wine notes. Tast is just as lacking and in the same vein. Better as it warms but still not a cohesive pairing of pumpkin and barley. There is little to no spice but that is not a necessary demerit. The problem is in the overpowering rotten egg notes and tannic bitterness. Malt is there but veiled by vinous sourness. Earthy hops are decent. Finish is crisp and dry. Feel is also crisp and light with a good overall carbonation. It definitely gets better as it warms up but it never comes together. The nose is a bit abrasive and never completely settles. Taste has a lot of elements but is not tied together well imo. With a little refinement this cold be a good solid offering but as it stands now I am not looking for this one again and I love pumpkin beers.

On-tap at Rattle n' Hum, New York, NY

A: The beer is slightly hazy orange amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down and left a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: There are light to moderate aromas of sweet pumpkins in the nose.
S: The taste has flavors of pumpkins and a slight amount of sweetness; the finish tastes like a Jolly Rancher candy.
M: It feels a little shy of medium-bodied and slightly smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Thus beer is a little unusual compared to other beers in the style because it is all pumpkins and no spices, but if that is your cup of tea this might be a beer for you.

A - Orange pour that is cloudy with some carbonation. Biege foam retains well and laces the galss in clumps.

S - Scent of pumpkin, and less on the spicy side. Kind of refreshing to go against the trends here.

T - Light drinking ale that over time has less pumpkin flavor. Some light malt is tasted.

M - Easy to drink beer that went well with snacks. Some carbonation, but farily light bodied beer.

O - Decent enough, and its local. Not a standout fall seasonal, but worht a try.
