Picked up a bomber at the brewery. The beer was poured in a weisse vase, and it pours a deep, dark orange-gold coloring that is slightly hazed, and it carries a light, fluffy, tall two and a half inch head that slowly settles into a thin quarter inch film of head. Aromas are tangy sweet malt and strong spicing of nutmeg and coriander. The beer is round and robust in mouth, with a smooth feeling to it. The flavors are heavily spiced, again with coriander in the forefront, and a slightly citrus sour note in the foundation that blasts through more in the aftertaste. Great body that leaves a thick, spread out lacing along the glass as you drink it. The aftertaste is tart, as well, and it puckers the tastebuds a bit. Slight linger to the finish that dries the mouth.
