It is about time that a place in Hanford got quality beer. I live in Lemoore, and beer is pretty scarce. The closest place to drink craft beer is a 45 minute drive away. therefore, I usually just drink at home. Now, with Lush, i have at least one option.

This place is located downtown. It is on the street where the farmers markets are held. There are about 10 tables inside with plush seating. Outside there are about 5 tables. This place is prmarily a wine bar.

They have 6 taps of rotating draft beer. They always have a contract brewed Pale Ale brewed by Redhook. They have mostly Pale Ales on tap. And a lot of stuff from Lost Coast. They have a decent bottle selection. Some widely available craft beers like New Belgain and sierra Nevada. They also have some Belgian bottles. Chimey, Duval, and Piraat. They also have Unibroue bottles. More than I have seen even in Fresno. They sell bottles to go too. The most commercial beer I have seen is Newcastle, or Shock Top. Or Landshark Lager.

The staff here is friendly enough, but you can tell that they dont care for beer. I feel like they are looking down on me when I order, but who cares? They dont know anything about craft beer.

They do not sell food.

The price is pretty good. They sell pints - $4, 23 oz glasses - $6, and tasters of all 6 beers on tap - $8.

Overall: In and big beer city, this place would be nothing. In Hanford, it is a pretty good find. If you ever find yourself in this part of the state, give it a try. But dont go out of your way if you have any other options.
