Pours a pale straw colour with a tight white head. The head is small and head retention is poor. No lacing.
Light spicy and grassy hop aromas are evident. A metallic note is also present which isn't great.
Very light flavour with a touch of bitterness, some light hop character and a metallic note. Slightly grainy and very watery. Not very good at all.
Light body with plenty of carbonation makes this a quenching beer. Pity I don't want to drink more of it.
This just isn't a great beer. It seems to be aimed as a macro lager substitute and doesn't hit the mark for a beer advertised as smooth, creamy and aromatic. Metallic overtones makes this difficult to drink.
