This is a great restaurant with a pretty decent selection of bottles. The reason to go to this place is for the food but the beer selection is better than most places in town. When you factor in the quality of food, it has a better selection than any other nicer restaurant in town. The beer prices are what you would expect from a restaurant of it's type, 1.2-2 time retail. They have a lot of large format beers which is nie if you are there n a date and are looking to share. I would suggest this place for the grilled cheese way before I would recommend it for the beer but if you are looking for a first class restaurant and want a decent craft brew this is a great spot.

This is a relatively new restaurant in the Summit Street area. I have been here a number of times. The food is always good. The service is always dismal. Always...

If you have a few hours to kill and you want some good food in a neat neighborhood setting then this is your place. They have 12 beers on tap. Five of them are Boulevard offerings. They also feature an additional 25-30 bottles.

The point is that this places beer prices are expensive. I don't know any other way to put it lightly. Their beer prices are flat out more expensive then anywhere else in town. (Except maybe the Power and Light District, but you are also paying for the atmosphere when you get a six dollar beer there.)

If you live in KC, give it a try. If you are a visitor checking BA for a recomended beer destination then go ahead and skip this place. Don't you know that there is a freakin Flying Saucer a mile from this place!
