BARTENDER IS AWESOME, PERFECT LITTLE CHILL SPOT. MY FAVORITE HIDEAWAY IN LANCASTER!! GOOD BEERS(AND ABSINTHE), GOOD FOOD, GOOD CONVERSATIONS. ITS A GREAT QUITE SPOT TO ENJOY EVERYTHING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE VS AN OVERCROWDED LOUD BAR!!

Crush is cool very small bar. They specialize in unique beer, wine and absinthe. Beer changes quite often and is a little pricey, but it is a bar. They have some beer like Jack d'or, Hopslam, Southampton grand cru, and others. It is a nice place to go out with the lady. They have nice wine with half pours available for her. Also if you looking to get crazy with it, absinthe is your go to. The food is really good as well. It is part of the Carr's restaurant. Another nice bar to have for the community

I was glad to be able to check out Crush Wine & Beer bar at the location where Carr's corner grocery was. The place was totally redone and now is a Wine/Beer/Absinthe place. I went with my brother and shared a bottle and had a couple appetizers.
The interior is unique with lots of art, the off beat individual kind. The bar is cozy with an area for small groups to relax on the orange leather couch which is one of the reasons for the name - orange crush. The space is utilized well and although it is not huge it doesn't feel cramped either. There are bistro tables and a display of an absinthe decanter as you walk in and toward the end of the bar the cooler where the beers are housed is placed. The general vibe is pop art meets wine/absinthe/and beer.
I was very happy with service I received. I happened to know the bartender this evening, but nevertheless he was able to accomodate small groups that came and went steadily as we sat and chatted on his own. The service was personal, friendly, relaxed, attentive and quick as well as accurate. I really couldn't ask for more.
I enjoyed the quality of both food and beer offerings, they were fresh and tasty. Both of the items complimented the beer and were served at the right temperature. I shared the sausage appetizer which included italian, spicy and garlic w/ cheese. They were served with a nice horseradish mustard from a local producer. I also had the pleasure of tasting the steak skewers with bacon which were succulent and very tender with the right amount of seasoning.
The Beer Selection is very good for the size of the establishment and they only recently opened - Friday the 17th of July. There are 12 bottles including Peche Mortel, St. Bernardus Abt 12, Westmalle Abbey Triple, Jolly Pumpkin Oro de Calabaza, Cantillon Geueze, Bell's Two Hearted, Cantillon Rose De Gambrinus, Schneider Aventinus,
JW Lees Harvest Ale, Pretty Things Jack D'Or, Weihenstephan Hefe, and the Duchesse De Bourgogne.
I found the bar to be a reasonable place to share a bottle or two and have some appetizers. I appreciate the fresh approach. The Crush Wine and Beer bar has many attributes that appeal to me - Simple yet quality menu with a list of beer I wouldn't have any problem finding something to fit my taste and great service in a casual atmosphere. This place is worth checking out!
