Good beer section, growler bar, and excellent staff.

One of the better bottle shops on Southside Edmonton. Largish store set on a strip mall; plenty of parking. Main body of the store is an impressive array of wine, whisky, Cognac's and Ports. Head to the back of the store and there is a large walk in cooler. Shelves line all 4 walls, with shelving in the middle too. Each wall is split into categories; Canada, US, UK, Europe, Rest of the World, Cider's and specialty beers. Down the middle is the big boys stuff. Great selection of local (alley Kat,Ambers & Roughneck), Canadian beers (Central City, DDC, Unibroue, LTM, Charlevoix, Mt Begbie, Howe Sound), US (Lagunitas, Rogue, Brooklyn, Laughing Dog, Shmaltz, North Coast) & European stuff and always one of the first to get new beer releases in the Province. Prices are very reasonable, and can be as much as $1 or $2 cheaper than other special beer stores in Edmonton. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable, and always willing to help or chat. Great place.

Primarily a higher end wine store, there is a beer cooler that is well worth checking out. The limited space given to beer is made up by the selection which centers on imports at a good price, local micros, and an interesting selection of brews not found at the bigger import stores like the Chateaux Louis or Sherbrooke.

Well stocked on Unibroue, Young's, Samuel Smith, Alley Kat, Pinkus and other imports. An interesting cider selection. A few things I have not seen anywhere else.

A worthy destination for South Siders not willing to make the trek across the river for a beer adventure. I will be visiting more often to see what is new.
